B2C (Business to Consumer)

B2C refers to businesses that sell products or services directly to individual consumers. This is the most common commercial model, seen in retail stores, e-commerce platforms, streaming services, and food delivery apps. In B2C, the buying decision is usually faster and emotionally driven compared to B2B. Marketing focuses on mass reach, branding, and customer experience.  

Pricing is typically standardized and transparent. Companies rely heavily on advertising, promotions, and user engagement strategies to attract customers. The goal is to generate high volume sales from a large customer base.
